The Bag That Never Arrived
Which dispatch carried Maya’s originals, and where did it go first?
MYSTERY GAMES
An old ferry accident left one person publicly blamed and several witnesses unheard. Now their original correspondence is travelling to a meeting that could reopen the account. The packet vanishes during its final delivery.
You arrive at the postal depot to trace it. Follow the letters through a harbour town, distinguish an innocent correction from an interception, and decide how a defensible account reaches the morning meeting.

Fictional transport accident, non-graphic injuries, bereavement, public blame and private correspondence. No reflex timer, sound-only clue or permanent failure for a reasonable experiment. Saves stay in the same browser. Device narration is optional and has visible transcripts.
Travel between the old depot, a waterfront repair shop, Tern Row, the ferry landing, a community archive and the assembly hall. Read what people actually observed, then decide what their accounts establish.
Your folio records discoveries and your own proposals. It does not assemble an explanation for you.

Which dispatch carried Maya’s originals, and where did it go first?
Was the street delivery a mistake, a correction or a cover for something else?
Who opened the routing letter, and which part of Eli’s account can you challenge?
How could honest witnesses disagree about the signal the ferry received?
Who separated the material, and where are the original letters now?
Resolve the warning’s timing, then make a delivery that can stand up to questions.
Choose a packet that supports the account you intend to present. Obtain the witness checks, seal the evidence, send it by a suitable route and register its arrival. The meeting opens when you deliberately complete the handover.
Reading and thinking do not advance a hidden clock. A delivery checkpoint lets you reconsider the ending without replaying the entire investigation.
Completion time and difficulty have not been measured in independent fresh-player testing.
