ONE NIGHT IN DUNMERE

The
Redacted Hour.

THE MISSING HOUR IS STILL THERE.
A DETECTIVE RECONSTRUCTION THRILLER

A convincing picture.
An impossible story.

Mara Ellery is found dead in a studio with an intact seal. Later, an authentic recording appears to show her entering the civic annex. Her final message says the evidence is right—and somebody has taught you to arrange it incorrectly.

Your mission: reconstruct Mara’s death, establish who staged the deception, and secure the proof before the old customs house is demolished.

Before you begin

A non-graphic death, deception and threatened destruction of evidence. No reflex timers or sound-only clues. Optional device voice, separate volume controls and reduced motion. Measured views preserve all essential information when 3D is unavailable. Progress stays in the same browser.

TEST THE PICTURE

Possibility is only
the beginning.

Your models show the consequences of your chosen inputs, even when your theory is wrong. A matching appearance must survive a controlled experiment and an independent observation.

Keep the source, witness claim and model assumption distinct. The final record must be something another person can examine.

SIX CHAPTERS · EIGHTEEN INVESTIGATIONS

A night of
better questions.

01

The Room That Stayed Closed

Find out what the seal proves, when the incident happened, and whether Jonah’s explanation is physically possible.

02

What the Witness Could See

Establish what was visible and what the moving object could physically do.

03

A Recording of Something Else

Reproduce the appearance, then design a test that separates the remaining explanations.

04

The Missing Building

Recover the erased space, the alteration sequence and the surviving original source.

05

A Theory That Survives

Reconstruct the incident, find whose journey fits, and obtain a witness statement that can check your explanation.

06

Make It Stand

Preserve the chosen evidence, demonstrate the method and complete independent deliveries.

THE HANDOVER WAITS FOR YOU

Think carefully.
Preserve deliberately.

Reading, experiments and conversation do not advance a hidden clock. Preservation choices explain their cost before commitment. Local failed operations leave held evidence intact.

Use mouse, keyboard or touch controls without precision dragging. The original instrumental score continues across locations; optional dialogue lowers it while speaking.

Completion time has not yet been measured in a blind playtest.
